Privacy

Privacy notice

Sizial Vox respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we process and how it is used.

1. Information we process

When you use Sizial Vox, we may process:

  • your email address and username;
  • your Sizial ID account identifier;
  • a unique device identifier (UUID);
  • your IP address and limited technical connection data;
  • your online/offline and channel presence status.

Sizial Vox does not collect your phone number, location, or device contacts.

2. Voice communication

Sizial Vox uses your microphone to provide Push-to-Talk voice communication.

Voice is transmitted in real time through Sizial communication servers using LiveKit technology.

We do not:

  • record conversations;
  • store voice messages;
  • transcribe conversations;
  • analyse voice content for advertising.

Voice traffic is protected with transport encryption. End-to-end encryption is not currently provided.

3. Permissions

Sizial Vox may use:

  • Microphone — for Push-to-Talk;
  • Bluetooth — for headsets and compatible audio devices;
  • Notifications — to receive communication and service notifications.

The application may operate in the background to maintain connection and receive channel activity. The microphone is not continuously recorded in the background.

4. Notifications and third-party services

Sizial Vox may use:

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM);
  • Huawei Push Kit (HMS);
  • Apple Push Notification Service (APNs).

Firebase is used for push notifications only. Sizial Vox does not use Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.

LiveKit is operated on Sizial-controlled servers.

5. Advertising and analytics

Sizial Vox does not display third-party advertising and does not use advertising SDKs.

We do not sell personal data and do not use behavioural analytics.

6. Data storage

The main Sizial Vox infrastructure is located in the Russian Federation.

Limited technical logs, including IP addresses, may be retained for security, diagnostics and compliance with applicable law.

Normal Push-to-Talk audio is not permanently stored.

7. Account deletion

You can manage or request deletion of your account through:

When an account is deleted, the associated user profile is deleted, except for information that must be retained where required by law or for security and abuse prevention.

8. Age

Sizial Vox is intended for users aged 12 and older, subject to applicable local laws.
